Deepak Dhiman (b. 1994) is a visual artist from Panchkula, Haryana. He holds a Bachelor’s and Master's in Painting from the Government College of Art, Chandigarh. Taking off from his personal experiences, Dhiman creates domestic settings in which his subjects are able to exist in a state of repose, unencumbered by the weight of the world elsewhere. Using pattern, texture, and posture, Dhiman highlights the possibility of care and companionship within a queer circle. Dhiman has exhibited his work at Method and Art & Charlie in Mumbai. Dhiman lives and works in Chandigarh.
