"Monsoon Mixtape" is a curated evening of semi-classical music featuring thumri, kajri, saawan, jhoola, and other folk genres. Inspired by the monsoons, this event explores emotions of joy, fear, anxiety, and separation.

About the Artists

An architect and a musician, Vidhya Gopal is an independent artist looking to carve a unique path. Although trained primarily in Hindustani Classical music, she holds a special love for poetry and ghazals. Vidhya has recorded as a singer as well as a voice-over artist for advertisements, OTT, web series as well as films. 
In September 2023, Vidhya released her debut EP - ‘Par.

Vidhya Gopal will be supported by the brilliant accompanists, Akshay Jadhav (percussionist and tabla player) and, Omkar Agnihotri (pianist and harmonium player)
