About the Event
Home-Body is a two-day workshop for pairs - friends, lovers, collaborators, kin - who wish to explore the invisible architectures of intimacy and care through the body of another. Through guided exercises in touch, gesture, movement, and somatic listening, participants will be invited to slow down and reimagine what it means to build a home with and through another person.
Moving between stillness and shape-making, reflection and play, the workshop opens a space for trust and connection, all through movement-based improvisation.
Note: Workshop is open to adults open to exploring body, touch and movement. Tickets and entry are only in pairs.
About the Artist
Gia Singh Arora is a multidisciplinary artist working with performance, movement, and installation. Her practice explores intimacy, memory, care, and the quiet rituals of everyday life—drawing from personal experience and her education in literature, performance, and somatic movement. Her performance work moves fluidly between body, text, and gesture, seeking to create a porous space where elements of performance can coexist and blur.
