a pivotal text shaping discourse on LGBTQIA+ inclusion in India’s workplaces and institutions.

The reading will be followed by a moderated dialogue on the evolving intersections of gender, sexuality, policy, and workplace equity.  As conversations around queer rights deepen across sectors, and global DEI policies shift, this event offers an opportunity to critically engage with Queeristan as a framework for imagining more inclusive futures.
